Of course you can also find presents just by surfing to our website, although in that case the reason for your visit might be a little different. You might be looking for the perfect gift for someone's birthday, a Christmas present or a way to celebrate some other special event. Within 24 hours of selecting a package and making your payment via our 'Orders' page, you will need to send us an e-mail at mentioning the identification number of your order (Receipt ID) and the correct delivery address. We will promptly ship your order in appropriate gift-wrapping paper and send you an e-mail confirming shipment. In most EU countries, delivery will normally take place within five (5) working days. TIP: Add to your e-mail a personal message of at most 10 lines for the person who will receive the package. We will send that along with the gift package.
