 The unique character of our olive-oil soap lies both in our use of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil as the sole fatty ingredient during the process---which is done by hand on the Can Solivera estate according to a Mediaeval recipe involving well water, sea salt and citric acid---and in our use of the cold production process to make the soap. Only the cold process will safeguard the vital vitamins, healing lipids and antioxidants that only extra virgin olive oil contains, the best. The soap has a delicate scent of essential oils that are distilled with steam from rosemary and lavender leaves and pine needles.
